بوليسي طلق القرطاس بالصويرة ” هاعلاش”
اضطر مفتش شرطة ممتاز يعمل بالمنطقة الإقليمية للأمن بمدينة الصويرة، خلال الساعات الأولى من صباح الأحد 21 أبريل الجاري. لاستعمال سلاحه الوظيفي بشكل احترازي في تدخل أمني لتوقيف شخص يبلغ من العمر 20 سنة، من ذوي السوابق القضائية. كان في حالة سكر وعرض أمن المواطنين وسلامة عناصر الشرطة الجسدية لاعتداء باستعمال السلاح الأبيض.
وكانت دورية للشرطة كانت قد تدخلت من أجل توقيف المشتبه فيه الذي كان في حالة سكر، بعد ضبطه متلبسا باعتراض سبيل المواطنين وتهديدهم باستعمال السلاح الأبيض. بساحة “بين الأسوار” بمدينة الصويرة، غير أنه رفض الامتثال وحاول تعريض موظف شرطة لاعتداء جسدي باستعمال السلاح الأبيض. وهو الأمر الذي اضطر هذا الأخير لاستعمال سلاحه الوظيفي وإطلاق عيار تحذيري.
