استقبل كريم قسي لحلو، والي جهة مراكش اسفي عامل عمالة مراكش الى جانب احمد اخشيشين النائب الثاني لرئيس مجلس الجهة بعد زوال يوم الثلاثاء 10 ماي2022, بمقر ولاية الجهة يقوده السيد فرانسوا دكوستر François DECOSTER نائب رئيس الجهة المكلف بالثقافة والثراث والعلاقات الدولية بحضور السيد القنصل العام لفرنسا بمراكش .
كما حضر اللقاء نائبات رئيس مجلس الجهة السيدات زبيدة الرويجل ورجاء وردك ورئيسة لجنة التعليم والتكوين والبحث العلمي لمياء الشاكري إلى جانب الكاتب العام للشؤون الجهوية بالولاية والمدير العام للمركز الجهوي للٱستثمار.
في مستهل هذا اللقاء رحب السيد الوالي بالوفد الفرنسي مذكرا بعمق العلاقات المتميزة بين المملكة المغربية وفرنسا في مختلف المجالات بصفة عامة وبين جهة مراكش آسفي و جهة هوت دو فرانس بصفة خاصة في إطار شراكة التعاون اللامركزي بين الجهتين.
ثم قدم للوفد الفرنسي الخطوط العريضة لمحاور التنمية الجهوية التي يتم تفعيلها وفق مقاربة قطاعية ومجالية وتشاركية أسهم الجميع في إعدادها وإغنائها. مضيفا بأن جائحة كوفيد 19 التي كانت لها انعكاسات سلبية على المنطقة كباقي جهات المعمور شكلت مع ذلك فرصة للقيام بعمل جماعي استهدف وضع استراتيجية متكاملة لمواجهة آثار الجائحة ووضع أسس إقلاع جديد علاوة على تجديد مناهج العمل بناء على الدروس المستخلصة.
وفي هذا الإطار ركز السيد الوالي على الجهود المبذولة لتنويع النسيج الاقتصادي عن طريق إغناء المنتوج السياحي بتطوير مدارات سياحية جديدة وتطوير المناطق المحيطة بمراكش في إطار منتوجات متجددة كالسياحة البيئية والسياحة الجبلية مع تدعيم جاذبية مراكش كوجهة عالمية لسياحة المؤتمرات. كما تروم هذه الاستراتيجية تطوير القطاع الصناعي عن طريق اعداد مناطق صناعية ولوجستيكية وفق المعايير الدولية بكل من تامنصورت والراحمنة وآسفي.
وبخصوص المجال السياحي نوه السيد الوالي بحصيلة التعاون مع جهة هو دو فرانس في مجال تقوية القدرات في مجال التكوين السياحي على غرار المشروع الذي تمت زيارته من طرف الوفد بمدينة آسفي مؤكدا القناعة باهمية الاستثمار في تقوية القدرات والتكوين في المجال السياحي وكل القطاعات التي يتم تطويرها بالجهة وهو ما يبين غاية مشروع مدينة المهن و الكفاءات التي توجد قيد الإنجاز بتامنصورت مع ٱستحضار التحولات الكبيرة التي يعرفها مجال مهن الغد.
من جهته رحب السيد أحمد اخشيشن بالوفد الفرنسي معبرا عن الاعتزاز بما تم انجازه في إطار الشراكة مع جهة هو دو فرانس وفق الاتفاق المبرم، مؤكدا بأن هذا التعاون يفتح آفاقا واعدة لإغنائه وتطويره أكتر من أي وقت مضى مع أخد المستجدات بعين الاعتبار سيما تكثيف وتبادل التجارب لضبط التحولات الكبرى في المجال السياحي على مستوى الطلب السياحي حتى يتسنى تدقيق الحاجيات في مجال تقوية قدرات العاملين بهذا المجال و إعداد ٱستراتيجيات ملائمة.
وعبر رئيس الوفد الفرنسي عن ارتياح الجهة لمستوى العلاقات مع جهة مراكش آسفي في إطار الٱتفاقية التي تجمع بينهما مذكرا بالنقط المشتركة بين الجهتين. وأضاف بأن الزيارة المنظمة لمركز التكوين الفندقي والسياحي بآسفي مكنت من الوقوف على التدبير الجيد للمؤسسة وصيانة تجهيزاتها ؤتسجيل تقدم وازن في الجهود المبذولة لتطوير مستوى التكوين وتقوية القدرات علاوة على تبادل التجارب والخبرات بين المكونين من الطرفين. كما عبر عن اعتزازه نيابة عن الوفد بحصيلة اللقاءات المنظمة مع مسؤولي التكوين المهني ومسؤولي المؤسسات الفندقية والمهنيين السياحيين بالجهة لتقاسم التجارب وتطوير التعاون في المجالات المرتبطة بالسياحة.
كما سجل أعضاء الوفد استعدادهم لتكثيف وتقوية علاقات التعاون مع جهة مراكش آسفي في مجال التكوين السياحي والفندقي وتوسيعه لمواكبة أوراش التنمية التي تشهدها الجهة في مجالات السياحة والصناعة والصناعة الفلاحية وٱقتصاد المعرفة .
