حفل تسليم رئاسة مجلس إدارة المعهد العالي للقضاء
تنزيلا للتوجيهات المولوية السامية لجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله، الداعية إلى تحديث القضاء وتطويره، والعناية بالمعهد العالي للقضاء، وتحسين برامجه ومناهجه التكوينية، وتكريسا لاستقلال السلطة القضائية كما نص عليه دستور 2011.
أقيم الإثنين 27 نونبر 2023، بالمعهد العالي للقضاء بالرباط، حفل تسليم رئاسة مجلس إدارة المعهد العالي للقضاء، بين السيد عبد اللطيف وهبي، وزير العدل، والسيد مَحمد عبد النباوي، الرئيس المنتدب للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، وفقا لمقتضيات القانون رقم 37.22 المتعلق بالمعهد العالي للقضاء.
وبمقتضى هذا القانون، أسندت للمعهد العالي للقضاء مهام التكوين الأساسي لفائدة الملحقين القضائيين، والتكوين التخصصي والتكوين المستمر في مجال الإدارة القضائية لفائدة القضاة، وكذا القيام بالدراسات والأبحاث والنشر في مختلف الميادين القانونية والقضائية، والتعاون مع الهيئات والمؤسسات العامة والخاصة، الوطنية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
وعقب هذا الحفل الذي حضرته شخصيات حكومية ورؤساء مؤسسات دستورية وقضائية، وشخصيات تمثل هيئات وطنية ودولية، انعقد الاجتماع الأول لمجلس إدارة المعهد برئاسة السيد الرئيس المنتدب للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، وفق التركيبة الجديدة المحددة بمقتضى القانون الجديد المتعلق بالمعهد العالي للقضاء.
