وجاءت إفادة وزير التربية الوطنية، في أعقاب التصريح الصحفي عن أشغال المجلس الحكومي، المنعقد اليوم الاثنين، برئاسة سعد الدين العثماني، رئيس الحكومة، بتقنية التناظر المرئي.
وأكد الوزير أمزازي، بخصوص الدخول التربوي 2022-2021، أنه يأتي في سياق يتميز باستمرارِ جائحة كوفيد 19 وبصعوبة التنبؤ بالوضعية المستقبلية.
وحدد الوزير اعتبارات هذه الصعوبة في:
– المنحى التصاعدي لعدد الإصابات المسجلة في الآونة الأخيرة
– بروز وانتشار متحورات جديدة لهذا الفيروس أشد عدوى وتصيب مختلف الشرائح العمرية
– تباين في الحالة الوبائية بين مختلف المناطق والأقاليم والجهات
وأوضح أن قرار تغيير موعد انطلاق الدخول المدرسي، يأتي استنادا لما جاء في المادة الأولى من مقرر تنظيم السنة الدراسي 2022-2021، والتي تنص على إمكانية تعديل وتكييف مقتضياته، عند الاقتضاء، ووفق ما تتطلبه الضرورة.
وأبرز أن ذلك يأتي أيضا في سياق “حرص وزارة التربية الوطنية على توفير ظروف آمنة تراعي سلامة كافة المتعلمات والمتعلمين وفق شروط ومعايير الإجراءات الوقاية الصحية المقررة من طرف السلطات المختصة، وكذا تأمين الحق في التعلم لمختلف الأسلاك والمستويات الدراسية”.
