عيد الشباب .. جلالة الملك يصدر عفوه السامي على 486 شخصا
بمناسبة عيد الشباب لهذه السنة، أصدر صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس أمره السامي بالعفو على 486 شخصا من المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة.
وفي ما يلي نص البلاغ الذي أصدرته وزارة العدل بهذا الخصوص :
” بمناسبة عيد الشباب السعيد لهذه السنة 1443 هجرية 2021 ميلادية تفضل جلالة الملك أدام الله عزه ونصره، فأصدر حفظه الله أمره السامي المطاع بالعفو على مجموعة من الأشخاص منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة الشريفة وعددهم 486 شخصا وهم كالآتي :
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 389 سجينا وذلك على النحو التالي :
– العفو مما تبقى من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 7 نزلاء
– التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 379 نزيلا
– تحويل السجن المؤبد إلى السجن المحدد لفائدة : 03 نزلاء
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 97 شخصا موزعين كالتالي :
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة : 36 شخصا
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية مع إبقاء الغرامة لفائدة : 12 شخصا
– العفو من الغرامة لفائدة : 47 شخصا
– العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لفائدة : 2 شخيصن اثنين
المجموع العام 486
أبقى الله سيدنا المنصور بالله ذخرا وملاذا لهذه الأمة، ومنبعا للرأفة والرحمة، وأعاد أمثال هذا العيد على جلالته بالنصر والتمكين وأقر عينه بولي العهد صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الجليل مولاي الحسن وجميع أفراد الأسرة الملكية الشريفة إنه سميع مجيب، والسلام “.
